·         Exemption of various types of fees mentioned above will not be allowed hence forth to the children of Govt. Employee as they are getting reimbursement from their department.

 

·         *Computer fund @ Rs. 150/- p.m. will be charged from the students who opt Computer Science/Informatics Practices as an elective Subject.

 

Note:

1.     Admission Fee Rs. 25/-        Re-admission fee Rs. 100/- 

2.     Late Payment Fine Rs. 5.00 per working day after 15th of the month upto Class I  to VIII & IX to XII in case of Girls . Rs. 10/- per working day from Class IX to XII  in case of Boys.

3.     No Tuition fees will be charged from SC/ST & KVS Candidates in classes IX to   XII

4.     Fees will be collected in the month of April, July, Oct. and Jan. of every year.

5.     If a student remains absent for ten working days continuously his/her name will be      immediately stuck off.

6.     In the event of students not paying the dues on or before the last working day of the month, the name of the student will be struck off the rolls. The name can be restored only on payment of all fess together with a readmission fee of Rs. 100.00

DEFINITIONS: Unless the context suggests otherwise, the definition of the following terms would be as below:

1.             CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES: An employee who draws his emoluments from the consolidated fund of India.

2.      TRANSFERABLE: An employee who has been transferred at least once in the preceding 7 years shall be deemed to be transferable.

3.           TRANSFER: An employee would be treated as transferred only if he/she has been transferred by the competent authority from one place/urban agglomeration to another place/urban agglomeration which is at a distance of at least 20 kms.

4.             AUTONOMOUS BODIES/PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGOrganizatons which are fully financed by the government or where the government share is more than 51 percent be deemed to be autonomous bodies/public sector undertakings
